Thunder, Lightning,Strike! - The Go! Team

2005 Rinse completed a number of sample replays for the re-issued album 'Thunder, Lightning,Strike' by 'The Go! Team',a project for Sony/BMG.

Our biggest job to date this consisted of both replaying and producing a number of re-writes for the album. There were approximately thirty separate samples to produce, which proved to be quite labour intensive.

A number of musicians were drafted in for the project, notably Andy Gangadeen on drums. We spent some considerable time to achieve the same feel and sonic qualitly of the original samples, through various miking techniques.

We also worked closely with the Go! Team on the re-writes, who in turn spent many hours with musicogists.

Needless to say despite such a large amount of samples, and the short turnaround time we were delighted with the results.
